Fulda University of Applied Sciences

Hochschule Fulda, University of Applied Sciences, is a modern university, founded in 1974. Some 9,700 students are studying for first and second degrees in Economics, Nutrition Science, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Nursing Care and Health Science, Social and Cultural Studies, and Applied Computer Science. Practice orientation and international focus characterize the university.

Currently, 14% of students come from abroad. The number of international students is growing rapidly, in particular, in the international bilingual master degree programs such as “Intercultural Communication and European Studies”, “International Management”, and “Global Software Development”. The university campus houses attractive buildings - some are modern, others date back to almost a century - and are located in proximity to the city center.
